A Practice of Awareness and Ease
I began my Tai Chi journey in 1981 and have taught for more than four decades. My approach is gentle, grounded, and based on the teachings of Professor Cheng Man-ch’ing, one of the most influential figures in bringing Tai Chi to the West.
Now based on Martha’s Vineyard, I offer private and small-group instruction to those seeking improved balance, freedom from joint and muscle pain and a greater sense of inner peace through a meditation in movement. Whether you’re just beginning or returning to a deeper practice, Tai Chi offers a powerful path to stillness in motion.
